Racer Killed in Wreck at Old Bridge Township Raceway Park

The driver was killed during a fiery crash drag race on the 21st of June, 2008, in the Old Bridge Village Park Raceway, said state police.

Witnesses said the driver, Scott Kalitta, is accelerating at about 300 mph during the National Hot Rod Association Super Nationals when the engine of his Toyota Solara volume on ball of flames.
